Registration for sponsor/exhibitor includes all workshops, exhibit hall entrance and lunch. Conference materials and lunch tickets will be distributed at the sponsor/exhibitor registration desk beginning on December 5, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Exhibitor set-up is from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on December 5th and from 6:00 – 8:00 AM only on December 6th.

Pre-registration must be received no later than November 10, 2017.

Once registration information has been reviewed, you will be receiving an email giving payment instructions/options. Payment can be made by check or credit card. If paid by credit card, a convenience fee will be added to the total amount.

Any and all cancellations must be in writing. Requests received prior to November 3rd, 2017 may receive a full refund.Requests received after November 3rd but before November 10th may be entitled to a 50% refund.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 10, 2017.
