(All sponsors and exhibitors are required to have contracting opportunities and/or a registration process available for small, minority, veteran and women businesses) (We continue to strive to provide this forum to connect our SMWBE)

Registration for sponsor/exhibitor includes all workshops, exhibit hall enterance and lunch. Conference materials and lunch tickets will be distributed at the sponsor/exhibitor registration desk beginning on December 8, 2009 at noon. Exhibitor set-up is noon - 6:00 p.m. on December 8th and 6:00 - 7:00 a.m. on December 9th. All staff attending will receive a free box lunch with registration. Since the exhibit floor will be open all day, two lunch shifts will be available.

Pre-registration must be received no later than November 14, 2009.

Cancellation Policy:

Any and all cancellations must be in writing. Requests received prior to November 6, 2009 will receive a full refund. Requests received after November 6, 2009, but before November 15, 2009 are entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 15, 2009.
