Registration for sponsor/exhibitor includes all workshops, exhibit hall entrance and lunch. Conference materials and lunch tickets will be distributed at the sponsor/exhibitor registration desk beginning on December 10, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Exhibitor set-up is from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM on December 10th and from 6:00 – 8:00 AM only on December 11th.

Once registration information has been reviewed, you will be receiving an email giving payment instructions/options. Payment can be made by check or credit card. If paid by credit card, a convenience fee will be added to the total amount.

To be included in all mailers, sponsorship deadline is September 18th.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be in writing. Requests received prior to November 1, 2019 will receive a full refund. Requests received after November 1, 2019, but before November 8, 2019 are entitled to a 50% refund.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 8, 2019.
