Registration for sponsor/exhibitor includes all workshops, exhibit hall entrance and lunch. Conference materials and lunch tickets will be distributed at the sponsor/exhibitor registration desk beginning on December 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Exhibitor set-up is from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM on December 10th and from 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM only on December 11th.

Once registration information has been reviewed, you will be receiving an email giving payment instructions/options. Payment can be made by check or credit card. If paid by credit card, a convenience fee will be added to the total amount.

You may also register by fax, mail, or email at rwatson@bexar.org. Exhibitors must send a completed registration form by November 10th to reserve your space to Renee Watson, SBED Director, Bexar County, 203 W. Nueva, San Antonio, TX 78207 or fax (210) 335-0673. *Call (210) 335-2478 for more information and regarding sponsorship. To be included in all mailers, sponsorship deadline is September 16th.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be in writing. Requests received prior to October 31, 2024 will receive a full refund. Requests received after October 31, 2024 but before November 10, 2024 are entitled to a 50% refund.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 10, 2024.
Convenience fee paid to Certified Payments for credit card payments is non-refundable.
